Confessions from a Boho Fashionista: 6 Ways to Kiss Summer Goodbye

mala-beads-yoga-tiny-devotions-photographer-photographer-richelle-hunter-photography-summer-of-soul-369Hey Boho Beauties,

We may be experiencing the final days of summer, but gypsy bella’s know that with the passing of every special season comes the excitement and wonder of another new one. For months we’ve been lounging under hot rays, learning how to ride waves, taste testing lime gelato, and going to the uncharted. It’s a bittersweet goodbye, but it’s time to say farewell to summertime. The best way to say hasta la vista to the sweetest days of summer is to celebrate the most cherished moments of the season and revisit them in style. Let’s talk about the top 6 things a bohemian queen should always do at the end of summer.

Drive Up to the Pier and Watch the Sun Set: You may not live in SoCal (or near a pier!) but if we all live under the beauty of the sunshine. So find a pretty spot with a boho boy or gal pal and watch the sunset while the air is still warm and the fireflies are still buzzing. Take a cozy blanket, some snacks and beverages, and share your most special memories of the summer as the sun makes it’s decent and the moon fills the night sky. These kinds of moments are magical, so be sure to take some snapshots to remember them forever.

Take One Last Long Day at the Beach: Whether you’ve been chilling on the coast since school let out or this is your very first day near the waves, this last day at the beach is imperative. Invite all of your fave friends to the water, pack beach balls, burgers, beverages, and beyond, and prepare for the best day of summer. It’s usually the final days of summer that you’ll remember for a lifetime to get ready to have the best day of the season. Make this one a noon to midnight ordeal, and prepare for lunch, dinner and even an evening bonfire! (Oh, and don’t forget your bathing suit, boho bella!)

Make a Seriously Magical Vision Board: This summer you’ve let your dreams and heart run wild, as all goddesses do. The ending of this season doesn’t mark the ending of such freedom, but is rather the catalyst to new and exciting adventures this fall. Make a vision board that expresses all of your desires and intentions so that you can carry the sweetness from summer with you into autumn.  Be sure to choose words and pictures that express the emotions you feel when you think of your dreams and intentions.

Have a Bon Fire with Your Best Gal Pals: On the very last weekend of summer, build the biggest, best bonfire a gal has ever seen! Invite all of your soul sisters over and stay up late in the evening enjoying one another’s best stories of summer.  As the flames roar, share s’mores, roasted dogs and popcorn, and remember all of summers’ magic with your besties.

Soak up One Last Weekend at the Lake House: Load up the car, jump in and jet off to the lake for one last weekend to lounge with your babe and besties. There’s still time to sit by the water, enjoy a beverage and go for a dip in the lake. As summer turns to fall the lake is perfect place to reflect on the best moments of summer and get ready for the exciting season to come. Invite your favorite friends and your honey for one last weekend to enjoy one another’s company with yummy food, fun games (like taboo or UNO), and the great outdoors! This is a serious must-do, so put it in your planner on the double.

5fcbf4fc856fa7fd745541b9faa9157dHave a Fairytale Kiss with Your Summer Love: Do you remember puppy love as a teenager, when the dog days of summer would wrap up and that cutie from camp finally gave you the peck on the cheek you’d been dreaming of for months on end? Let me tell you something: that sweet gypsy princess still lives in you and your fairy tale summer kiss is a must do! Go grab your honey, find a pretty sunset, and kiss them under the stars, just like highschool. You see, life may not be a fairytale, but magical moments happen all the time and it’s your birthright to experience them. Now go get that kiss!

These are the top 6 things you should always do at the end of the summer, but I’m sure you have a couple of staple things you do to wrap the season up, and I’d love to hear all about them! Comment in the pink section below and let’s chat about summer’s grand finale 😉

Devotion to the Ocean: How to Rock Mermaid Style on Land

Processed with VSCOcam with k2 presetMorning surf sessions are vital.  Although they don’t leave much time (or energy) for getting ready post-slide, we have Mother Nature to thank for helping us out.  The transition from sea to land isn’t as tough as we think.  Mermaid style is effortless.  It is as simple as cutoffs over a bikini and coconut oil in your hair… minimal or no make-up and gold dainty jewelry.  The little secret to the mermaid muse is… it’s easy.  And we like easy.  Because let’s face it.. we’d rather be surfing.  Here are a few style tips every sea babe should know:

1.  Find jewelry you can wear in and out of the water.  I am constantly in and out of the water and I don’t have time to be taking my jewelry on and off.  Tiny Devotions has an awesome line of feel-good jewelry that literally exude positive energy as soon as you put them on.  I have the Gangster Stack that came with me to Maui.. in the water, sand, and all elements.

It was packaged with a lovely reminder of what each bracelet represented.  This is a bettering stack – The ‘how to” of awesomeness for the strong goddess.  A pretty reminder of how strong you truly are.

  • Faceted Labradorite: The stone of good fortune and new beginnings.  Labradorite also helps with a good aura.  Cultivating a good energy attracts fabulous things.
  • Faceted Pyrite: The stone of luck and fire and protection.  For the fiery spirit who get’s things done.
  • Faceted Hematitle: This is a strength stone and grounding.  In ancient times, Hematite was actually used as a mirror – a vision into oneself.  If you don’t think you’re strong, who will?

2. Coconut Oil is your best friend.  Head on over to your local health food store and pick up a jar of this goodness.  You will use it for EVERYTHING.

tumblr_inline_n9a5r4CD1h1qd5fyb3. Sunscreen, Sunscreen, Sunscreen.  If you love the ocean as much as I do, you should make sure to give your skin constant TLC.  Protection and post-nourishing skin-care is extremely important.

4.  Effortless beach waves are a forever yes.  Don’t have time to run to the ocean to get your hair all salty?  There is still hope to waking up with those beach locks you love.  Thisthis, and this.  You’ll thank me later.

5.  Always keep a bikini, beach blanket, and sandals in the back of your car. Enough said.

6. Save money on clothes, so you can buy surfboards and pretty fins.  Find awesome statement pieces from your favorite brands, and then stick with the basics.  Boyfriend jeans, vintage washed tee’s, cutoff’s, and bikinis are pretty much what I’ve been living in lately.

7.  Sun-kissed skin can be safe.  Bronzer will give you an extra glow, you won’t have to do much more (this is the one I use and I will never go back to any other brand.. Leaves my skin bright and sun kissed all day long).  My usual beauty routine consists of tamed brows, a dust of bronzer, blush, and a little illuminating powder.

Processed with VSCOcam with k3 preset8. Less is more.  Makeup is used to compliment your beauty, not cover it up.  Use the “less is more” mentality when applying and let your beauty shine through.  It gives you more time to enjoy little things, like your favorite cup of tea in the morning, or one extra wave.

9. Get a good pair of sunnies.  Keep your eyes happy and find a pair of sunglasses you love.  Sunglasses are like a marriage.. you’ll want them forever and feel kind of lost without them.  I literally take mine everywhere.  Everywhere.  I wear them more than I wear shoes.

10. Smile.  It’s good for the soul.

Now get off the computer and go in the ocean, you mermaid.

7 Magical Ways to Make the Most of the Last of Summer

tumblr_n8zm3lrclm1st5lhmo1_1280If you are like me, summer is flying past quicker then you ever imagined it would. Which is especially true here where I live in Saskatchewan and all across North America. The Goddess of winter held on a little tighter then many of us would have liked…but that doesn’t make the sun shine any duller today! It’s time for and I to finally get serious about our summer-lovin’ routine…and have fun doing it!

Today I invite you to evoke your whimsical curiosity and free-spirited sense of adventure to make the most of the warm weather we have been blessed with. Here’s 7 magical things to do this summer to get the most out of every single moment!

1. Design a delicious Summer morning RITUAL – including a refreshing berry-infused tea with honey, a morning walk to clear your mind and morning journaling. Free write about a fairy tale you would love to live out and then set out to LIVE it.

2. Make a date with DESTINY Schedule to do 3 things you have been planning to do for years, but haven’t done just yet. Take lots of pictures of yourself creating this magic, so you can look back with excitement and gratitude of the wonderful experience you had.

3. Become your own HEALER.  Forget the diet and start to nourish yourself lovingly everyday. Skip the processed snacks and eat lots of bright, beautiful foods – bonus for creating a whimsical new real-foods recipe to share with friends! Smoothies – cocktails – dips – make it taste DIVINE!

4. Try something RADICALLY new – seriously, jump out of a plane, try stand up paddle boarding (SUP), start a book club or even experiment with moving meditation. Vanish your self-doubt like a magician with intentional actions that build your confidence and transform your beliefs about yourself.

5. Embody delightful CURIOSITY in everything you do. In Buddhism its called the Beginners Mind. In your Yoga practice, you are always a beginner. Let that be the most beautiful place to be. You will never have it all figured out…so you might as well see life as an adventure along the way!

6. Step into the MYSTERY of the unknown. Take an adventure into your own experience through your yoga practice, journalling or even a solo-escape. 24 hours. Just you, and you. Breath life into the part of yourself that you’ve hidden away and do what your heart calls you to do. Maybe she wants to write. Maybe she wants to dance. Explore that.

7.  Be a CATALYST for beautiful change. Spread the magic by inspiring the people around you to smile more authentically, laugh more joyfully and love more deeply. You already to this every day when you smile at strangers, listen to a friend without judgment or rub your puppy on her tummy. Do this more often and see your own happiness expand outwards!

From Cali to Kelowna: Our Soulful Summer Road Trip Playlist

largeWhenever you hit the open road, there are a few things that are essential. You need your luggage. You need some snacks. You need your mala beads.  A car full of excellent people to share in the journey is a great asset. A couple of yoga mats never hurt, just in case of impromptu, off the roadside yoga poses. But perhaps the most important part of a soulful summer road trip is right on the tip of your tongue, but somewhat less obvious than the above items; the soundtrack.

Of course! Why didn’t you think of that before? What kind of road trip would it be if you didn’t have the perfect tunes blasting in the background, feeding your soul with the sweet nectar of carefree summer excellence? When you’re making your way from glorious California to the rich, lush forests of Kelowna, British Columbia, you’re going to need something a little… groovy. And why not? You’re Boho! You have to keep it very “om” in times of travel!

When your car is packed and your friends are piled in, we recommend these twenty beauties to make the perfect roadtrip playlist, regardless of the destination:

  1. California- Joni Mitchell (this is a no brainer kick-off, right?)
  2. Doo-Wop (That Thing)- Lauryn Hill (a total classic, and you know you all remember the words)
  3. Furr- Blitzen Trapper (this is a diamond in the rough; a bob dylan vibe with a nature-loving twist!)
  4. Mr. Tamborine Man- Bob Dylan (and speaking of Bob Dylan, throw some Bob Dylan on there)
  5. Kokomo- The Beach Boys (super fun and super mellow. Everyone must sing along)
  6. Strawberry Fields – The Beatles (Boho gold. Need I say more?)
  7. Under Pressure- David Bowie & Queen (I dare you not to start a dance party with this one)
  8. Don’t Stop Me Now- Queen (and speaking of Queen, this one is essential)
  9. Santeria- Sublime (nobody, and I mean NOBODY, is gonna be mad at this gem)
  10. Spiderwebs- No Doubt (for all the 90s nostalgia fans out there, this one is going out to you!)
  11. Jammin’- Bob Marley (come on… no summer roadtrip jam is complete without some Marley)
  12. Is This Love- Bob Marley (OK, two Marleys)
  13. Porcelain- Moby (who can forget this classic? It’s a must!)
  14. La Isla Bonita- Madonna (as the roadtrip starts to cool down, this is a great ‘chill out’ song)
  15. Black Magic Woman- Santana (and with this one, you’ll be wanting guitar lessons ASAP)
  16. Wake Me Up- Aloe Blacc (this gorgeous cover of Avicii’s hit song is destined to make you smile)
  17. Hey Soul Sister- Train (ukele + summer song= magic)
  18. The Great Gig in the Sky- Pink Floyd (you’ve gotta love that lady’s voice soaring above the instrumentals as you roll closer to your destination)
  19. 32 Flavors- Ani DiFranco (if you haven’t heard this song, do yourself a favor and download it now. You will fall in love with it, guaranteed)
  20. Heart of Gold- Neil Young (a classic to top it off. You can’t beat it!)

Though the road may be long, the journey is always worth it. May your travels be filled with peace, happiness, and wonderful surprises. Namaste!

Styling Intentions with the Babes at Skinny Fat Girl Diary!

We here at Skinny Fat Girl Diary, are so thrilled to be featured on… A place that celebrates green juice, a healthy lifestyle, and agrees that the best way to explore life… is in your yoga pants! We discovered this community of goddesses after falling in love with Tiny Devotions’ scarves; handmade works of art, both stylish and practical. But more than fabric, they inspire us to focus on our intention. The scarf is a colorful reminder during a hectic day, to breathe, enjoy the moment, and reconnect– just what we need at the SFG Diary.

We are three health fanatics living in LA, with crazy work schedules – all while, cooking, yoga-ing and bedazzling for our blog. It’s overwhelming what we strive to accomplish in an hour, day or week… and we know we aren’t alone! That’s why we created a space to find the silver lining along life’s journey. Why cry, when you can bake vegan-inspired carrot cake and laugh together?

Here’s three different ways to style your intentions…

Jackie, the brunette amongst blondes, embraces the bohemian look… it’s sexy, laid-back and looks fabulously effortless.  When I saw their hipster scarf, it was love at first sight!  My first fashion rule is “comfort,” so any way I can jazz up a simple outfit with something stylish… I’m in! The Hipster scarf makes me feel like I can conquer anything, and not to mention look pretty chic while doing it… it even makes my yoga pants look inspired!

Screen Shot 2014-07-24 at 4.34.08 PM

Lauren seems to never stop running… that is until she saw the Prana Del Mar scarf. I’m absolutely obsessed with bright colors this summer. Until recently, I never really embraced my body type and used to hide it behind lots of dark colors. Something shifted after a couple month in hot yoga rooms and I became grateful to be strong. So, I’m embracing my sense of adventure with bright teal jewelry, pinks, cut-offs and my Prana Del Mar scarf in tow.

Screen Shot 2014-07-24 at 4.34.00 PM

Valorie never sleeps. Seriously… this girl is like the energizer bunny– she does it all (until 4 am) and still looks fabulous! Summer is usually hotter than Haiti but thankfully in Los Angeles, summer evenings tend to get pretty chilly– especially close to the water! I’m all about laid-back California style—splashes of color and a white jean are the perfect beach-side combo. This Sanibel scarf is seasonal perfection, glowing with hues of pink and orange… Colors are a reflection of your attitude; I’m staying in the spirit of summer by staying happy and active in bright, light colors!

So you want to be a Pilates Instructor? Core Moves to Reach Your Goal

306678_415889805116183_397922527_nIt seems like just yesterday I dropped into a Pilates Studio Mat Class and experienced my first 100.  If you have done Pilates before you  know that feeling. The deep connection that seems to draw inward and yet move outward.  I was hooked! I  changed my work schedule around to go to as many classes as I could.  Pilates became a large part of my fitness life.

Like many Instructors out there becoming a Pilates teacher was a career change.  Pilates Instructor wasn’t on my “When I grow up” list. Luckily my previous jobs and life experiences prepared me for success.  In fact I believe most of you have many of the traits needed to  teach. You just need the right Pilates training and a few of my favorite tips.

So, you want to be a Pilates Instructor?

What’s your Why? Why do you want to teach Pilates? This will help you when the learning gets tough, tiring and daunting. Like all new things there is a lot to learn. There will be days when you just feel like you need a break.  Knowing WHY you wanted to start teaching in the first place will keep you on track to your goals and dreams.

Getting to the Core of Success:

1)Picking a program! This is the biggest leap.  Go to Pilates Method Alliance website. They have a list of approved programs in the world.  No two programs are alike but this list will help guide you I’m the right direction.

2) The Price is not always right…When researching programs make sure you are finding out all that is covered. Programs come in a WIDE range of prices and in the education world you really can end up getting what you pay for. Often times lower cost programs mean less apprentice hours, one on one attention, less equipment learning or less levels of training. Make sure the program you pick gives you training on equipment but also anatomy, business and Pilates history.

3) Who trained them? Pilates is young enough you can trace the lineage back to Joe Pilates himself. Can the person training you do that?

4) Who do you want to teach?  If you want to teach in a physical therapy office pick a program that can gear you up for that. Also, you want the studio to have clients to observe that are most like whom you would want to teach. If your goal was to teach pre natal pilates then you probably wouldn’t want to pick a program that was mostly elderly clients.

5) Policy’s make them and stick to them. It’s hard to charge a client a late cancel but your time is just as valuable as theirs. Your teaching is your business and you need to run your schedule that way by making and following policies.

6) Days off. Everyone has to have a day off and so do you. Make one and keep it sacred. Being unavailable can make clients want you even more!

7) Continue taking Pilates sessions! Having Pilates in your body is just as important as your clients. Find a mentor, schedule a standing session and make sure it happens regularly… No excuses

8) Take other fitness classes to see what it is your clients and future clients are in to. You can get cues that you can use to help make an exercise make sense. Taking other classes is great for networking with other fitness professionals that can refer their clients to Pilates sessions with you.

9) Exposure! You need to be Google-able. A website, Facebook, Google+, Twitter, Yelp etc is necessary for allowing potential clients to find you! Then enjoy your clients becoming your walking billboard. Help them hit their fitness goals faster and they’ll tell all their friends about you!

10) Do what you LOVE and LOVE what you do! Seriously, there is no such thing as burnout if you keep yourself inspired by learning, taking, teaching and resting!

Training takes 6 months to a year and then you’re on your way to teaching your Why! It’s an  incredible journey to a career that constantly inspires you, challenges you and teaches you. Working with people and helping them become their best selves is incredible. So, you  want to  be a Pilates Instructor? Amazing, Go and Do!

Wanderlust Wednesday: 5 Things Wanderlust Taught Me About LIFE

 wheelBe open to possibility
I bought my very first wanderlust ticket on trust; not knowing how I was going to get there, who I was going to go with, or where I was staying. I just had a goal to go to a yoga festival and Wanderlust Squaw Valley was the one I picked! “Yoga, Music, Nature” – I had to go.  I am usually one to plan, research, figure things out, have everything organized, and know exactly what I am doing before I pull any triggers or spend money.  I like to be organized and prepared. Spending $400 on a festival ticket without doing any of that stuff was a leap of faith and totally put me out of my comfort zone. I put trust in the universe and trust in myself that I was going to figure it out because gosh dang it, I was crossing that goal off my list! That was over two years ago. I have now been to five Wanderlust Festivals and taught at three of them, all because I was open to possibility.

Go with the flow
I was teaching Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga in Chicago when I went to Wanderlust at Squaw Valley. There were only three SUP Yoga classes available and they were all filled up when I went to register for my classes. I was so bummed and disappointed. When I got to the festival, one of the amazing people I met there had registered for one of the classes.  She was driving separately instead of taking the shuttle and told me she would drive me and we should go to see if maybe they would have an extra board or perhaps there would be a no show. I was open to possibility at that point so decided to give it a shot. Sure enough, a board became available to me and I took an amazing class and met the BOGA YOGA team.  I am now an ambassador for them and have met even more amazing people because of them. You just never know who you will meet or where life will take you.

185468_404376236290101_467372491_nYou’re not alone
The Wanderlust festivals are as much about yoga as they are about community. This, in my option, makes total sense because yoga is union and connection; thus, how could it not also be about community. Walking around the festivals, I always feel at home in a faraway place.  I’ve found myself saying, “See, there are other people who are just as crazy about yoga, recycling, healthy eating, and stretchy pants as you are.” I’m from Chicago where there’s a big yoga community but at the festival it’s a whole new level. At Wanderlust, I’ve always felt it was very easy to talk to and feel a connection to someone you’ve never met before and I’m usually an introvert!

Connect to the real life
The first time I taught at a Wanderlust Festival, it was in Whistler, Canada.  This meant that I was going to be charged out the wazoo if I used my phone much at all. I limited my usage to when I could connect to wifi (which wasn’t often). I was working and traveling with Canadians so felt safe and didn’t need to use my phone much to get a hold of people. During down times though, I found myself instinctively grabbing for it to delete unwanted emails, check social media, give my hands and eyes something to do or feed the need to be connected. I had to stop and actively tell myself that I could totally get connected to all the beauty, people, and nature around me.  Phones may give us a world of information at our finger tips but nothing beats the real life of people watching and mountains around you.  Why wouldn’t I soak up every moment in beautiful Whistler, Canada?

Follow your own compass
Everyone’s experience of the festival is different.  Some people go mainly to do yoga, others go to relax, and others are primarily there for the music and night scene. There are so many classes and opportunities, you can catch the FOMO (fear of missing out) bug. I know I did at several of the festivals I’ve been to.  Go with your gut, listen to your body and follow what opportunities speak to you. “Find your true north.” Remember be open to possibility, go with the flow, you’re not alone and connect to the real life!

How To Reach Your Fitness Goals, the Kind Way

ftLX2OaEXBM-twGkOqFThV4RL3q3kPVSRSSTi3cYrXk,I2WxsuhUFEA9jkWpQn78Qp3nfmubBVWGoOLwMAPfoco,9OmZXGbPdYo0cw_v0gVjNIXgs1kRbBcuuyhqrZwkMXoA super way to ignite your inner Boho while trying to get or stay fit is by doing an outside-without walls-no equipment needed-workout. You would rarely do something that doesn’t bring you joy, why would you ever put your free spirited self in a closed-in gym?

What makes exercise enjoyable to you — the freedom to do what you like when you like — may also be your downfall as you fight to follow some kind of routine. Here are some helpful hints to help reach your goals while staying aligned with your true north.
  • Go for a hike or to the beach with a friend instead of going out to lunch. Save money while being in nature and soaking up some rays.
  • Give yourself inspiring reasons to exercise. Not every workout can be epic, so remind yourself that being consistent, even if things get a little boring, will help you have more fun later. If you keep your body strong and fit, you’ll be ready for those fun + unexpected activities like cliff jumping, dancing + skiing.
  • Keep having fun. If things get dull, think of what you could do to spice things up — maybe taking a scuba diving course or a pole-dancing class. As a fun-lover, your friends may look to you to come up with new ideas for being active and having fun. Use that aspect of your personality and your confidence to constantly push your boundaries.
  • Remember that the majority of what shows on the outside is what’s happening on the inside. Most important is making sure you are truly happy and doing things that bring you joy. Stay on your path of truth and remind yourself daily of your intentions.
Most of your “fitness” happens in the kitchen, so be sure to keep Philosophie Superfoods in your travel bag so you can sprinkle some on your food while you’re on the run. Make sure you eat as many colors in the day as possible and keep trying new foods so you don’t get in a rut! The fresher, the better. Keep it simple while continuing to challenge yourself to stay out of any box. Use your inner compass to navigate what to eat when, tuning in to get the answer not falling into trend traps.

If you’re a yogi fashionista, beach babe or gypsy goddess, you’ve probably already got a green lifestyle that would make Kris Carr and Gabby B proud! Your lunch is filled with avo-toast and you go to hot yoga on the regular. You know where to find all the best fresh, local and organic produce, and you’ve got your fave kombucha tea on special order in bulk from Kombucha Wonder Drink.

When the sun begins to light up the bohemian sky and warm our skin for longer and longer during the summer, and there are so many more fun adventures to go on, sometimes we loose sight of our clean and green routines. Have no fear, boho bella, it only takes a couple of tricks to get and keep your green on in the summer. Every gal deserves to keep their green glow on!

Here are my top 6 baby step tips to maintain your clean and green summer lifestyle.

444eb06646e1b718702249038b0e5e711. Write it Down, Boho Girl!
Pull out your fave moleskin and pop down all of your healthy meal prep ideas. Being mindful and prepared for the week ahead keeps a goddess’ mind clear and her heart open to all the magical things that might come her way! Take a sweet Sunday evening and write down what you prepare to consume the coming week. This works like a charm and will keep your health plan in check. Don’t fret if you fall of track, the best friend a girl can ever have is herself, so be kind to yourself and check right back in with your plan if you had one two many Ahi tuna tacos or an extra green margarita last Saturday!

2. Move Your Fine Self
Find special and creative ways to get moving, all the time! You don’t have to join a gym to stay active, there are great ways to move everywhere. Whether you’re dancing in your kitchen, taking a jog through the local park, or checking out a new ecstatic movement class downtown, your heart rate is up and that’s all you need! See if you can get creative and find ways to keep moving when you can. Keep moving that beautiful bod, boho girl!

3. Take Adventures to Your Local Farmers Market
The farmers market is home to all things green and clean, so if you haven’t yet checked it out now is the time! 4. Flip Things Upside Down in The Morning
Headstands have been known to change a girl’s perspective, reduce stress, increase core, thigh and arm strength, and help with overall happiness. We’ve all got to wonder why everyone doesn’t do headstands every day! Ask your yoga instructor to demonstrate a headstand to you if you’ve never tried it, and start practicing it every morning. The morning is a great time for this super dynamic and wild pose because it starts your day off positive and playful.

There’s always a new place where the sun is shining and the birds are chirping to explore with your greatest pals. Pick up a sweet iced chai and break free to the pathways with your girls. You’ll be pumping up your endorphins and getting in a gab sesh all at once.
